Dr” Amin Abbas Foratis’ so called “honorary doctorate” was supposedly issued on November 5, 2007. Yet the “Oxford College of PhD Studies” was not incorporated until April 25, 2012, it’s address is a FLAT in London and he can’t even be bothered signing it
